I don’t have to remind you that buying a home is probably the most significant and substantial investment you’ll ever make, and likely one of the biggest personal decisions of your lifetime.

And because it involves realtors, lawyers, and banking institutions, it's also going to be one of the more complex transactions you’ll ever experience.  Beyond that, whether you buy or sell, or both, these are going to be some of the most stressful times of your life.

But there’s also good news – and great times to come!  That’s where I come into the picture.

I’m an Independent Real Estate Agent, and affiliated with ROYAL LEPAGE, Canada’s largest real estate corporation.  My livelihood comes right from my clients - so I have a serious stake in your affairs.  In fact, once you hire me, I’m legally obliged to represent your interests – take it from me,  I consider that a huge responsibility.  At the same time, I’m looking for a commitment from each of my clients - to trust me, and to trust what I’m doing on their behalf.  My loyalty is also focused on my clients – after all, that’s where my paycheck comes from.
